Just wanted to let all know what a great company that Cooper Propane Company is.  They are always there to help you, from the office staff to the drivers.  Blessed to have been a customer of theirs for many many years.

Cooper Propane has provided propane tank repair service for our company on more than one occasion.

Specifically on two (2), 10,000 gallon propane tanks that were in need of relief valve replacement. The specific valves used are supposed to allow for isolation of one valve to replace while keeping the second valve in service so that the tank is protected at all times.

When Cooper Propane came out to start the task of replacing valves they first inspected the valve area for issues and found propane leakage at the manifold/tank threaded fitting. This leak would require that the tank be completely evacuated and then flared off to allow correction of the threaded connection.

Cooper Propane developed a plan that allowed the tanks to be emptied and flared off with no interruption to business. They were flexible with their work schedule to support the efforts which also required some fill piping modifications to allow the business to continue as normal. I would highly recommend them for any service involving propane tanks and service. Their service fees were reasonable and fair. Their regard for safety was clearly demonstrated.

Last year after the ice storm in Pairs we decided to invest in gas logs. Cooper Propane was the company we choose to install the logs. Donna in the office answered all of our questions and helped us to select the logs that would best fix our needs.  We are enjoying them almost daily. Thank you for helping us make this decision.

Just want you to know what great employees you have - As you know we purchased a fireplace insert from you. We had a little problem the transmitter, called your office, your employee came out, fixed the problem right away. They were so nice & helpful. We are very happy with our new fireplace.

We have been purchasing propane from Cooper Propane for 17 years now and have been completely satisfied.  We have had the same delivery man for that entire time. They have always been very courteous and helpful.Their program of allowing us to pre-purchase gas in the summer when it is cheaper has allowed us to purchase our gas for the entire year at a lower price. Since we use propane to heat our house and have a gas hot water heater as well as gas logs this represents a significant savings.

We have been customers of Copper Propane since about 1993 when we moved to Lamar County. We have received timely, prompt service at all times. Whenever we have had any emergency or unexpected need they have responded wonderfully well. They have always been easily reachable, which isn't always the case with a utility company of any kind.

They have also always been helpful with advice or direction. We especially appreciate the very affordable seasonal check out of all our heaters that they offer. It eases our minds to know that our heaters are in good working order and are safe. We live in an old schoolhouse far out in the county and we have a lot of heaters, so this is a very important service for us.

We have purchased heaters and hot water heaters from them through the years and have been very pleased with the products. And most important, they actually show up when they say they are going to. If there's a problem or a delay, they call and let us know. When you live many miles from town, this is crucial.

In early 1993, we retired and relocated to rural southwest Lamar County. We were aware of the possible loss of electric service from time to time. Therefore, we decided to use propane gas for heating our house, heating water, and cooking. This provided to be a wise decision in our opinion.

We were advised by friends and family that choosing Cooper Propane Co. for our propane service would be very satisfactory. Again, this proved to be a wise decision on our part choosing Cooper Propane Company.

We were advised by Cooper Propane during the building of our house what would be needed for the connections to the services we were planning to use. When the proper time came, Cooper Propane employees connected the supply line from the tank to house, pressure tested the entire system and then installed and tested all the gas appliances.

Cooper Propane also advised us to install a small wall mount heater to use when electricity was not available. This proved to be very good advice. We recently replaced our original wall mount heater after 21 years of being our heat source in cold weather. Both the original and replacement were purchased from Cooper Propane.

We feel that we could not have gotten better, friendlier, or more helpful service from any other provider. We thank  you and look forward to many more years doing business with you.
