Policies and DisclosuresReturn/Cancellation Policy:

Cooper Propane Company/The Propane Company does not offer returns or cancellations of its LP Gas under any circumstance at this time. CPC/TPC does not offer returns or cancellations because our website (www.cooperpropane.com/www.thepropanecompany.net) only enables customers to pay balances for energy products that they have already received. Returns of products that are not LP Gas (stoves, heaters, etc.) purchased in one of our physical offices can be carried out according to company policy. Warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer and not CPC/TPC’s responsibility.


Refund Policy:

Cooper Propane Company/The Propane Company does not offer refunds unless an extremely rare event has occurred. In the event of a rare occurrence, management is willing to consider the facts related to the circumstance. If management decides that a refund is necessary, the refund will occur in no less than 30 days after a final decision has been made. In the unlikely event a refund is offered, the refund will be paid in the form of a credit to the customer’s account.
 

Delivery/Shipping Policy:

Delivery and Shipping of products sold by Cooper Propane Company/The Propane Company are limited to the State of Texas. Customers may not contract delivery or shipping of goods or services through our website. All deliveries and shipping must be contracted through one of our branch locations. We neither sell customer lists, nor share any information with our partner companies. We do not collect any of your sensitive banking information because we never have access to the information. CPC/TPC does collect some of your personal information for internal use only. The information we collect is gathered solely for the purpose of continually providing enhanced service to our customers and maintaining accurate accounting records.
